Every guest of La Reserva is assigned a Personal Travel Coordinator to help create your dream vacation. Leave your travel “Wish List” with us! From the moment of reservation, your dedicated travel specialist works as your navigational GPS throughout the planning and execution of your Costa Rican vacation package. Daily events such as transportation, rental car arrangements, spa appointments, personal training, chef services, babysitting, tours and activities may be pre-arranged for you to ensure your valuable vacation time is spent exactly as you desire. Prior to your arrival you will receive your customized itinerary based upon your requests and final approval.

Car Rentals
If you decide to rent a vehicle during your vacation, your Travel Coordinator can provide advice and recommendations. As a registered Agent of National Car Rental, we can make the booking for you and the car can be delivered right to your house.

Meet and Greet
Your Travel Coordinator can ensure your seamless arrival by coordinating your entire party's airport pick-up or transfer in advance. Upon arrival to La Reserva guests are welcomed and introduced to their home, given an explanation of the ins and outs, important contact numbers and local information.

Pre House Stocking
Send us a list of your favorite snacks and beverages and we'll have them waiting for you in the fridge when you arrive at your home. If you'd like a welcome platter or a sumptuous feast prepared, we can do that too. It's the perfect way to start your vacation!

Chef Services
Our onsite Executive Chef is available to cater personally to guests, providing full menus for restaurant quality in-home dining. Whether you´d like just one special meal or daily preparation and service, we work to your requests!
